If you change your mind

You can cancel a standard online order from the time you place it until 14 days after the day you receive it. Email us or write to the address below with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. No special form is required.

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the return postage for a change of mind. Keep proof of posting. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Where the law allows, we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.

If your item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed

Email us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. Your statutory rights apply independently of the change-of-mind period.

How we refund a cancellation

If you cancel the whole order, we refund the goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery. We issue the refund to your original payment method without a fee. For returned goods, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first.
